CLAUDE CICCHITTI

Claudio (Claude) Cicchitti, a first-generation son of Italian immigrants from Abruzzo, Italy, has deep roots in community service. His parents, the Late Laura and Giovanni Cicchitti, were dedicated committee members of the ANFE Italian club, volunteering countless hours to its activities such as kitchen duties and organizing events like dinner dances and social Sundays etc.

In the 1980s, Claude played a pivotal role in founding the ANFE youth group. Today, he has chosen to follow in his parents' footsteps by joining the committee, aiming to preserve and expand upon the rich Italian heritage in Brisbane.

Claude believes it is crucial to nurture the Italian culture for the broader community and future generations.
