Travel around Italy and tantalise your tastebuds with our Giro d'Italia Wine Tasting presented by Italian sommelier, Alessandro Moscatelli from Profumo Wines who will give you an insight into each wine, their characteristics, how it is produced and what makes them so unique.

Five exquisite wines and a special Liqueur from four different regions of Italy all matched with six delicious tasting dishes. A complete sensory experience!

Cester Camillo Prosecco Rose` Cuvee Extra Dry NV (Veneto) - Matched with "Spiedini di Asiago e Olive": Mini taster stick with Asiago cheese and olives.
Casa D'Ambra Ischia Bianco DOC (Biancolella Forestera) 2023 (Campania) - Matched with "Capesante Lardellate": Pan-seared scallops, crispy pancetta, diced tomato and Vincotto dressing.
Cantine di Dolianova, "Prendas" Vermentino DOC 2023 (Sardegna) - Matched with "Malloreddus Carciofi, Vongole & Bottarga": Traditional Sardinian pasta served with artichokes, clams and finished with Bottarga (Italian cured fish roe).
Anna Maria Abbona, Dolcetto Langhe DOC 2023 (Piemonte) - Matched with " Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe - Direct from the Cheese-wheel": Fresh Roman pasta tossed inside our wheel of Aged Pecorino cheese, finished with freshly cracked black pepper made right before your eyes.
Laiolo Regnin "La Mora" Barbera d'Asti DOCG 2021 (Piemonte): Matched with "Filetto di manzo Mignon, San Daniele e Zucca" - Mini beef eye-fillet wrapped in San Daniele Prosciutto served pumpkin puree`, balsamic onion, baby carrot and finished with a red wine jus.
Walcher, Noisetto Liqueur 21% (Hazelnut + Caribbean Rum + Cocoa Distillate) (Piemonte) - Matched with "Mini ANFE Tiramisu`": Mini version of ANFE's signature dessert made with Pavesini biscuits, coffee, mascarpone cream and chocolate chips.
